BILLING RATES
- Standard hourly rate: $200/hour
- Will accept some cases on a 1/3 contingency basis (I do not get paid unless you do)
- Will accept some cases on a "limited scope" basis (i.e. you mostly represent yourself in a matter, but you use this office as you need it and pay by the hour--intended as a cost-savings to the client)
- Appeals are billed at an hourly rate or at an agreed-upon flat fee
